ABOUT CUSTOM ORDERS
After finalizing all customization details, we will send you a Proforma Invoice (PI) that includes shipping costs. You are required to make an initial payment, typically ranging from 30% to 50% of the total amount as a deposit. The remaining balance, will be due before shipment. Once you've paid the deposit, we will promptly arrange production. Upon completion of the order, and after you've settled the remaining balance, we will ship your items within 1-3 business days. Due to the high value of the goods, we typically use DHL/FedEx/UPS for shipping, and it is chargeable.

- In-stock orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days of placement, while custom orders require production completion before shipping.
- These estimates exclude weekends, holidays, and unforeseen courier delays, such as peak periods, traffic, and adverse weather conditions.
- Please be advised that deliveries to remote areas may experience extended transit times. In cases of delay, successful delivery may take up to 4-6 weeks.
- Conflict zones: Areas with wars, political turmoil, or high security risks may not be able to achieve normal logistics services.
- Remote and isolated areas: Some remote areas, especially those with complex terrain such as mountains, deserts, and jungles, may have limited logistics coverage due to transportation difficulties or geographical constraints.
- Restricted countries or regions: Certain countries or regions may have restrictions on foreign logistics services, such as due to international sanctions or political relations.
- Areas affected by natural disasters: Areas affected by natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, etc., may temporarily be unable to provide normal logistics services.
- Underdeveloped areas: Some areas that are not yet developed or have inadequate infrastructure may lack a logistics network.
