If you would like to exchange your item, Lefeng jewelry will offer a gift card for the full amount, less shipping costs. To receive a gift card all pieces must be returned within 30 days of receiving & must be undamaged, unworn & without any scratches etc. Postage back to Lefeng jewelry Facility is covered by our free return and exchange policy. Does Lefeng jewelry offer repair service?

Yes, we do! If the product you receive is unlikely to have a problem, we will replace your product free of charge within 90 days of delivery. We pursue the quality of Lefeng and ensure the highest quality standards of 316L stainless steel and 18k gold plating in our manufacturing process. Our jewelry is designed to be robust and withstand personal wear and tear.
